    Lingshang offers women’s dresses, tops, camisoles, and seasonal fashion pieces for everyday styling.

    We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, clear images, practical sizing information, and transparent pricing. Minor differences in color or measurements may occur because of screen settings, lighting, photography, manual measurement, or manufacturing batches.

  • Shipping for U.S. Customers

    We currently accept orders for eligible delivery addresses within the United States only.

    Orders for U.S. customers are fulfilled through our designated logistics partners. The fulfillment location, shipping carrier, and delivery route may vary depending on product availability, the delivery destination, and logistics arrangements.

    Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in our Shipping Policy. Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the customer by email when available.

    Our standard shipping terms are:
    Orders of US$70.00 or more: Free standard shipping
    Orders under US$70.00: US$8.00 standard shipping
    Processing time: 1–3 business days
    Estimated transit time: 5–10 business days
    Estimated total delivery time: 6–13 business days

    Final shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

  • Returns & Customer Support

    Eligible defective and non-defective products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

    Returned items must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.

    For approved returns caused by a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item resulting from our error, Lingshang will cover the authorized return shipping cost.

    For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

    Customers must contact us before returning a product so that we can provide the correct return instructions and authorized return address.
