After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation means that we have received your order request.

7. Shipping
Lingshang currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
Orders are shipped from the United States.
Shipping rates:
Orders of $70.00 or more: Free standard shipping
Orders under $70.00: $8.00 standard shipping fee
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

8. Returns and Refunds
Lingshang accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days after delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories whenever applicable.
For defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items caused by our error, Lingshang will cover the return shipping cost.
For non-defective returns, including size issues, change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, or unwanted items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

9. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@lingshang.shop.
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return after delivery.
