Lingshang does not directly store complete payment card numbers or full card security codes.

An order may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be successfully authorized or verified.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to eligible delivery addresses within the United States only.

Our standard shipping terms are:

  • Orders of US$70.00 or more: Free standard shipping;
  • Orders under US$70.00: US$8.00 standard shipping fee;
  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days;
  • Estimated carrier transit time: 5–10 business days;
  • Estimated total delivery time: 6–13 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Orders for U.S. customers are fulfilled through our designated logistics partners. The fulfillment location, shipping carrier, sender information, and delivery route may vary depending on product availability, delivery destination, carrier coverage, and logistics arrangements.

Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the customer by email when available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Delivery destination;
  • Carrier operations;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Public holidays;
  • Peak shipping periods;
  • Transportation interruptions;
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

8. Returns and Refunds

We accept approved returns for defective and non-defective products within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products must generally be:

  • Unused;
  • Unworn;
  • Unwashed;
  • Unaltered;
  • In their original condition;
  • Returned with original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories where applicable.

For defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete products caused by an error by Lingshang, our logistics partner, or the carrier, Lingshang will cover the authorized return shipping cost.

For non-defective returns, including change of mind, an unwanted product, or an incorrect size, color, or style selected by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Approved returns must be sent only to the return address provided in writing by our customer support team.

Our customer service address, registered business address, manufacturing facility address, and the sender address shown on the original package are not automatically authorized return addresses.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers who want another size, color, or style should return the original product and place a new order.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory return, refund, warranty, or consumer rights available under applicable law.

9. Order Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible:

An order may only be canceled before it has been processed or transferred to the shipping carrier.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, been processed, or been transferred to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

After delivery, the customer may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.

If an approved cancellation applies to a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information;
  • Reviewing product descriptions, measurements, and size information before checkout;
  • Selecting the correct product, size, color, style, and quantity;

Lingshang is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional carrier charges, or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable information provided by the customer.

This provision does not limit any rights available to the customer where the issue was caused by Lingshang, our logistics partner, the carrier, or another party for whom we are legally responsible.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discounts, coupon codes, free-shipping offers, and other promotions may have separate conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be combined;
  • Only one discount code may be used per order;
  • Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed;
  • Promotions may be limited by product, customer, location, quantity, or time period;
  • Promotions may be changed, suspended, or ended;
  • Returned or canceled orders may affect eligibility for a promotion;
  • Promotional products may be subject to the same return conditions as other products unless stated otherwise.
