Thank you for shopping with Lingshang.
Lingshang currently serves customers in the United States only. Orders are shipped from the United States. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
We do not currently ship to international addresses, freight forwarders, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or addresses outside the United States.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on the order subtotal before taxes and after discounts.
For U.S. orders:
Orders of $70.00 or more: Free standard shipping
Orders under $70.00: $8.00 standard shipping fee
The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier service, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
6. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Lingshang is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you need to correct your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@lingshang.shop. We can only update the shipping address before the order is processed or shipped.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.
If the tracking information has not updated for several business days or your package appears to be lost, please contact us at service@lingshang.shop with your order number. We will help review the issue and provide further assistance when applicable.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@lingshang.shop.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
