RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Lingshang serves customers in the United States only. We want our customers to shop with confidence, so please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Lingshang accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products.

You may request a return if:

The return request is submitted within 30 days after the order is delivered;

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition;

The item is returned with its original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories whenever applicable;

Proof of purchase, such as an order number or order confirmation email, is provided;

The item is not marked as final sale, clearance, customized, or non-returnable on the product page.

Items that are used, worn, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, missing original parts, or returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered.

Return requests submitted after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.

3. Return Method

Please include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Do not send your item back before receiving return instructions from us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Cost

For defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items caused by our error, Lingshang will cover the return shipping cost.

For non-defective returns, including size issues, change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, or unwanted items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Approved returns should be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item according to this policy and place a new order.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@lingshang.shop.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the case and provide a replacement, refund, or return instructions when applicable.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

Items marked as final sale or clearance;

Customized or personalized products;

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer;

Items without original tags, labels, packaging, or accessories when applicable;

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery.

10. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@lingshang.shop.

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return after delivery.
