Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States only. Orders of US$70.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping, while orders under US$70.00 are charged a flat US$8.00 standard shipping fee.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, estimated transit time is 5–10 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 6–13 business days.
Eligible defective and non-defective items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition. Please contact us before returning any item to receive approval and the correct return instructions.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For approved returns caused by a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item resulting from our error, Lingshang will cover the authorized return shipping cost.
